I am experiencing a burning sensation in my vagina that started yesterday and comes and goes. I have no vaginal discharge, but it feels dry. I am diabetic, have high blood pressure, and am taking water pills, which cause frequent urination. I also have an itchiness near my urethra. I had sexual intercourse on July 15. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I’m spotting and was expected to start my period yesterday. My positive OPK was July 24th, and we had sex two days before and the day after that positive test. The spotting started on August 4th and has been light and brown since then. I’m nervous because I’m trying to get pregnant and I’m afraid I might be miscarrying. I’ve had severe abdominal and lower back pain for a week now, little to no energy, and heavy bleeding. I have had the Kyleena IUD for a year now. Is the back pain constant or does it come and go? What type of pain is it? Have you also experienced any numbness, muscle weakness, or increased fatigue? Is there anything else in your medical history the Doctor should know?
