I am experiencing mid-cycle bleeding on day 14 of my menstrual cycle. I had a pelvic exam today, and my doctor said everything looked fine. What could be causing this bleeding, and is it something I should be concerned about?

I am experiencing intense uterine contractions and pain, feeling like I need to push something out, but I am not pregnant. I have PCOS, an IUD, and am 42 years old. The pain is located in the uterus, is achy and intense, and makes me break out into a sweat. I am bleeding a little and have noticed a foul smell. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had a normal pap smear, but the report showed no endocervical cells were present. I was positive for HPV in 2011 and had negative results since 2012. Should endocervical cells have been tested for carcinoma, and should I have the pap smear redone?

Hello, I’m currently on birth control and I recently had intercourse while I was spotting. I’ve been on birth control since January 16th and I’ve been dealing with spotting at least once a month since then, normally around the time I have my cycle. I don’t really have periods anymore since I started my birth control. I usually get BV often and I take a prescription for it but I’m in a panic because I just used the bathroom and I had pink discharge. Additionally, I have a random little white dot on the inside of my labia minor. It does have an itch but the itching began yesterday and the dot showed up today. I’m guessing when I was showering I might have caused some irritation because right after the shower that’s when the itching began. But I also noticed a separation between in my urine. It seems to separate from the water and sink to the bottom. What could these symptoms indicate and should I be concerned?
