I am experiencing sharp and stinging perineum pain that is not constant but becomes very intense when I wipe. The pain started a few days ago and has been stable but slightly worse. I am a 25-year-old sexually active female with no medications or contraception, and I have been dealing with excess vaginal discharge and occasional swelling and pain of the clitoris. I recently shaved in the area. What could be causing this pain and how can it be managed?

I have small white canker sore-type ulcers on my clitoris. I noticed them after using a spin bike at the gym, which caused extreme sensitivity. There is a bit of a smell, and the area is worse despite not being touched for months. I am a menopausal 53-year-old with no other medical history in that area. What could this be and how should it be treated?

I am 38 years old and plan to have another child within the next year. I am healthy and fit, but I am concerned about the possibility of developing blood clots due to my sister's experience of developing a clot during her pregnancy at 37. Could this be hereditary, and should I be on blood thinners if I become pregnant since I am older and have a family history?
