I am having a prolonged period for the first time ever. I had the Liletta IUD placed a little over a year ago for contraception, and my period started two weeks ago. I am using Lisinopril/HCTZ and Semaglutide, and I am 33 years old. My periods are usually very regular and last 4-5 days. I have taken a pregnancy test, which was negative. I have lost weight intentionally over the last six months and have been exercising and dieting. My period seems to be going to stop and then starts again. I had the copper IUD (Paraguard) inserted on Feb 1, 2022. After it was partially dislodged and removed on April 9, I experienced symptoms similar to a UTI, including frequent urinary urgency and discomfort, which coincided with my menstrual periods. I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis (BV) and treated with metronidazole, which alleviated the symptoms. However, a month later, I am experiencing similar symptoms again, including irregular periods and urinary urgency, and I am concerned about the recurrence of BV or other underlying issues such as bladder cancer, interstitial cystitis, or overactive bladder. What could be causing these symptoms and how can they be managed or prevented?

I feel like I am having a yeast infection. My vagina is pink, very sensitive, and a bit painful. The pain comes and goes and started yesterday. It feels more itchy than anything else. I am 23 years old and have not used any medications so far. I have vaginal discharge, itching, and a fishy odor, and I am sexually active. What could this be and what can I do about it?

I have abnormal periods, varying from 32 to 40 days, sometimes bleeding for 30 days with two types of bleeding: light menstrual bleeding lasting about 2 weeks and occasional bleeding after intimacy with my husband. I have been diagnosed as borderline hypothyroid and am taking thyroxine 50mcg. I have not conceived despite not using contraception since we got married and began sexual relations 1 year 9 months ago. I am overweight with a BMI around 33. What could be causing these issues and what can I do to improve my chances of conceiving?
