My period is a week late. I am 23 years old, on 45mg Mirtazapine for depression, and not using any contraceptives. I had intimate foreplay with my partner where semen may have come into contact with my vagina, and he also inserted his fingers into my vagina. Could this have caused pregnancy, and is it too soon to know? Additionally, could this delay be due to a hormonal imbalance or other factors?

I am 5 days late on my period but have a negative pregnancy test. My symptoms include sore breasts for about 2 weeks and infrequent mild cramps lasting about 10 minutes. My last period was on July 3rd, and it comes regularly every 30 days. I am 31 years old, not under stress, not using contraceptives, and have a history of undergoing fertility treatment for PCOS, which made my periods regular.

I have been suffering from severe endometriosis for five years, despite three surgeries and various treatments including birth control and IUDs. The pain is primarily on one side, affecting my right ovary which consistently grows cysts. I am terrified of hormone therapy and want to know if removing the problematic ovary is a good alternative and if it is likely that my doctor would agree to this procedure.

Is it a UTI or yeast infection? How do I know what I have? I am a 35-year-old female with symptoms including bladder pressure, constant burning sensation, constant urge to urinate, slight itchiness, normal-colored urine, no discharge, and abdominal and back pain. This is my third UTI in a year, and I want to know the reason for frequent UTIs.

I had a UTI and yeast infection last year, and since then, I've had on and off burning pain in my vulva, along with occasional cramping similar to period cramps and bowel issues. My last period ended on August 11th, and it comes regularly. I haven't used any medication since September of last year, except for trying amitriptyline recently, which I stopped due to negative effects. I'm 31 years old. Could this be Vulvodynia, and should I be concerned about cancer? Also, is it normal to have leg cramps and period-like cramps with Vulvodynia?
