I have itchy, swollen labia that started a couple of days ago and comes and goes. The area is red, and I recently started using a new toy. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I am 45 years old and had a tubal ligation 20 years ago. My period is 10 days late, and I've started bleeding, but it doesn't seem like a normal cycle. The bleeding is mainly when I go to the bathroom and there's some spotting in between. I also have leg aches and a bad headache. I highly doubt I'm pregnant. What could be causing this?

I had unprotected sex with a woman two nights ago and do not know her status. The next day, the tip of my penis was tingling and had a burning sensation off and on, along with diarrhea/greasy stools. Two days later, I still have greasy stools and diarrhea, and my hands and forearms feel tingly and numb. I have also been drinking a lot the past few days. Are my symptoms from the alcohol or STD-related?

I am having persistent dull, achy pain in my right side that started a few days ago and worsened on a plane. I am 32 years old, recently had a miscarriage, and have a family history of kidney stones. I am currently taking no medications and have no other symptoms like vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, fever, urinary issues, or abnormal discharge. Should I go to the hospital, or can I wait until I return home to see a doctor in my insurance network?
