Both sides of my lower abdomen have been hurting, my lower back hurts, and my period is 4 days late. I had unprotected sex on a day I was ovulating, and my partner pulled out. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago which was negative. Could I be pregnant, and what should I do about the pain and delayed period?

My periods are usually regular, but this month, my period was lighter and lasted longer than usual, from Oct 10 to Oct 17, followed by spotting and renewed bleeding on Oct 21, which continues today. I have no pain except for a persistent headache and fatigue. I have a history of ovarian cysts, one pregnancy with a C-section, and I use a non-hormonal IUD. What could be causing this unusual bleeding pattern?
