I'm 17 and had unprotected sex the day after my period ended, followed by sex with a condom about a week later. My period is now 6 days late. Is there a possibility that I'm pregnant?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and have been dealing with severe depression and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) since childhood. I would like to start back on my antidepressant/anxiety medications, specifically Prozac, Celexa, and Klonopin. I am also concerned about my elevated cholesterol and high LDL levels. Additionally, I contracted herpes virus 2 about 6 years ago and have not disclosed this to my current partner or new doctor. I am unsure about discussing this during my first OB appointment and want to know if it is necessary to inform my doctor about my herpes status and if it will affect my ability to have a natural birth.

I am 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I noticed bright red spotting when wiping after using the restroom. This is my first pregnancy and I'm 35 years old. I have had lighter spotting on and off but today it seems more than usual. I am currently using allergy medicine (Xyzal) and Hydrochlorothiazide. I also experience mild cramping on and off.
