I am experiencing constant itching in my vagina, with redness and slight whiteness around my clitoris. I have had unprotected sex and work at a lab where they told me I have a UTI. I haven't had my period since May 18th, and a pregnancy test was negative. What could be causing these symptoms?

Hello. I recently had a baby on the 27th, and I wasn't really producing breastmilk, so my baby is currently on formula. Now a couple of days later, my breasts are really sore, enlarged, and very hard. Does this mean I may be able to produce milk now? And is there anything I can do to help with the pain of them being swollen like this? Additionally, I started smoking again, which I'm not sure will affect the baby if I try to breastfeed.
