I'm trying to conceive and had sex during my ovulation days (June 20-30). I'm experiencing period cramps, breast tenderness, nausea, and vomiting, which are unusual for me. Could I be pregnant, and what should I do next?

I had sex on last Saturday. My expected ovulation was on Tuesday. But my breasts became tender and sore since Monday. I never had any signs like that before, except my vagina becoming wetter. I wonder why I have that and what happened.

I am supposed to be 10 weeks + 2 days pregnant, but my ultrasound measured 6 weeks. I have had a thyroidectomy, irregular periods, and was on Femara for 2 cycles which regulated my period. I tracked ovulation and had sex during the week of May 6-May 12 and again on June 13. A heartbeat was detected through an abdominal ultrasound. Could this be a missed miscarriage, or can the embryo catch up? What do you think happened here?

I missed a day of the birth control pill in the 3rd week of the pack and have been bleeding for 10 days. I started bleeding about 4 days after I missed the pill. How long have you used birth control pills? Has the bleeding been stable or getting worse? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

If they saw a baby and a yolk sac, does that still mean I miscarried, but I still haven't had any symptoms of miscarriage?
