I am 22 years old and have been trying to have a baby with my husband since April last year, experiencing two miscarriages. I am currently pregnant and at 7 weeks and 1 day, but the ultrasound showed a heartbeat rate of only 97, which is lower than expected. I am diabetic and had a pap test 10 years ago with no irregularities. I have no periods and no recent vaginal trauma. I started a new job about a year ago where I sit 8-10 hours daily.

I have a small painful bump on my vagina, like on the lip, it's not a pimple, it doesn't have a head. I am 23 years old, had some itchiness around the area starting 24 hours ago, and a few days ago I had UTI symptoms. I've never had a pap test or pelvic exam. Additionally, on Sunday morning I had to go to the toilet to pee about 10 times in one hour and it was very painful with a spot of blood. The last urination it felt like something came out and there was relief, but every time since I need to urinate it hurts at the very end almost like a cramp. A couple days before my period, I get thrush-like symptoms, but not crazy discharge. The area gets super itchy and a little bit of white discharge. I got my period today, the area is still quite itchy. What could these issues be?
