I am 34 years old and recently had a miscarriage. My AMH level is 3.9 pmol/L, which is considered low for fertility. I also have beta thalassemia minor. What are the implications of my low AMH level for my fertility and chances of getting pregnant naturally or through IVF? I had unprotected sex on April 16 and took Plan B early morning on April 17. My last period was April 11-13, and I missed my periods in May and June. I took a negative pregnancy test and had a negative pee pregnancy test at the doctor last week. Can Plan B cause me to miss two periods? Is there a chance I’m pregnant despite the negative tests? What could be wrong, and when should I seek further examination?
