I experience severe physical symptoms during my period, including vomiting from cramps, nausea, and bad thoughts, which affect my work and mood. My last period ended on the 2nd of this month, and I just got it again today. I took aspirin today, but usually throw it up. I'm 22 years old. I have been experiencing constant bleeding for over 2 months, with only a few days break. I have seen my OBGYN, who prescribed birth control, but the bleeding has been getting worse, especially when exercising. I am using a progesterone birth control and have had blood work, STD tests, hormonal tests, and a transvaginal ultrasound, which showed small fibroids. I am concerned because my mother died from similar bleeding, and I am now experiencing increased coldness. What could be causing this bleeding, and what further steps should I take?
