I was prescribed metronidazole for a bacterial infection, but it's not clearing up. My symptoms are getting worse, including rashes, easily tearing skin between the vagina and butt, a swollen vulva, a reddish private area, itching, and clumpy discharge. I started using metronidazole on July 30 and finished around early September. Why are the symptoms still persisting?

I had 2 positive pregnancy tests a week ago (5 days late for my period) and today I started bleeding. The bleeding is dark brown with clots, some as big as my palm, and has been getting worse. I am not using any contraceptives or medications for the bleeding, only Mydol for pain. I am 20 years old and have had miscarriages before, but this bleeding is different. I had a baby 7 months ago. What could be happening and what should I do?

I woke up this morning with a sharp, stinging pain in the area near my clitoris. The pain comes and goes, and there is no odor, itching, or visible bumps. I'm not currently using any medications other than Ibuprofen, which I took when the pain started about an hour ago. I'm 25 years old and have no recent trauma to the area.
