I gave birth six months ago and had my menstrual cycle return in November, which was normal but then stopped until the beginning of January when I started bleeding heavily and it hasn't stopped. I'm concerned since it's not easing up. I'm 31 years old and take prednisone, cellcept, and enalapril. I have Wegener's granulomatosis, an autoimmune disease, for which I received rituxan infusions in December. I'm sexually active with my husband and this is the first time I've had prolonged bleeding. I had abdominal cramps before the bleeding started but no other symptoms like nosebleeds, bleeding gums, bruises, blood in urine or stools, genital redness, bumps, sores, or urinary symptoms. The blood is bright red. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I came off my period on the 26th, had unprotected sex on the 27th, and took Plan B on the 29th or 30th. I started bleeding on the 4th, which was brownish but kind of red. Could this be implantation bleeding, and could I be pregnant? I've taken Plan B before and never had this reaction.

I want to use suppositories that include boric acid, apple cider vinegar, and aloe vera. Will this affect my birth control pills, and can I still have sex while using the suppositories?

I am scared because I recently had a cervical smear test to check for cervical cancer. My last smear test five years ago was abnormal. I have a fluttering sensation in my pelvic region, slight discomfort, and a feeling of fullness. I also have a history of UTIs and drink alcohol regularly. I am terrified it might be cancer.
