I got my Kyleena IUD in February and it has been great except for the last two months where I have been spotting a lot more than usual. The first three months I had random spotting, but since getting my period these last two months, my spotting has increased and prolonged my period. How long have you used Kyleena? Has the spotting been stable or getting worse? What's the start and end date of your last period? Have you dealt with spotting before? And any stomach pain, dizziness, or vaginal discharge? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

My period has been lasting around 2 weeks for the last few months. I am using Tri-Sprintec contraceptives and have been on Mounjaro for weight loss for about 4 months. What could be the reason for this prolonged bleeding?

I’m supposed to be having my period around this time, but it’s just been spotting every day for almost two weeks now. My last period was May 30-June 1, and I’m not using any contraceptives. I’m taking Cymbalta for depression and I’m 23 years old. I haven’t gotten a pregnancy test, but the only symptom I’ve had is the bleeding. I’m not sure if I’m pregnant because I’ve only had intercourse one time and the guy I was with wasn’t even able to go in all the way. It was my first time and he was pretty big so he didn’t penetrate me fully. That was almost three weeks ago. What could be causing this spotting and should I be concerned?

I am 7 months pregnant and was scratched by my neighbor's indoor dog, breaking the skin on my upper arm. I have a previously scheduled follow-up on Tuesday where I am getting my Tdap shot. Can it wait 2 days, or do I need to get it sooner? Also, should I be concerned about toxoplasmosis or any toxic blood infections from the scratch?
