I am on Nexplanon and experiencing spotting for the second time in a month. It does not need to be replaced until next August. Should I be alarmed, and if I get my health insurance back, should I have my Nexplanon replaced? Does this mean it's not working?

I took a week off the pill in April and missed a dose before having unprotected sex. I am also on lamotrigine for bipolar disorder. Could I be pregnant, and is this irregular bleeding normal?

I have a dent at the bottom of my stomach on the right towards the outside of the vagina. I am 27 years old and have felt it for about a month. I was using medication for shingles and a urine infection. My last blood test indicated pre-diabetes. Additionally, I have a very itchy rash on my vulva. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I am concerned about swelling and bumps inside my vagina. I have taken pictures of the vulva and outer part showing the bumps. I am 20 years old, not on birth control, and have had a past STI (Clamidia) which was treated. I am worried about these symptoms and whether they could be related to unprotected sex. What could these bumps be, and what should I do next?
