I had a daughter in 2018 and was on Nexplanon birth control for a year after her birth. I removed it and have felt like I might not be able to have more kids. I tried for another child last year with a positive ovulation test but didn't get pregnant. I had curable STDs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis) in the past due to an unaware partner. Can these past infections affect my future fertility, and could they have caused PID, which I don't have symptoms for? Also, if the STDs are cured, can I still have more kids in the future? What can help with being fertile?

I went to the ER for my vagina last Monday and was diagnosed with a yeast infection, bladder infection, and herpes. I'm taking antibiotics and on my 4th day of treatment. I have sores on the outside of my vagina and it feels like it's burning. The burning is constant when I'm laying down. Is it normal to have sores and wounds on my vagina skin during this period of treatment? How long will it take for the pain to go away, and is there anything I can do to alleviate the pain?

I have an issue where I start to bleed every time I have sex, to the point where I need a pad and have to clean up the mattress. I have an IUD and am 35 years old. The bleeding only happens after sex, and my cycle isn't necessarily normal, sometimes lasting longer than a week. I don't have pelvic pain or take blood thinners. What can be causing this and what can I do in the meantime until my doctor's appointment?

I've been using an IUD for about 4-5 years. My period started on March 3rd, I had sex on March 13th, and my period returned on March 27th. Now I'm spotting, and I don't know why. The spotting started on Sunday, was heavier on Tuesday, but lighter today. My last period ended on March 31st. I've never spotted before, but I do have occasional dizziness due to headaches and a lot of clear vaginal discharge. I've taken two pregnancy tests, and both were negative. What could be causing the spotting, and what should I do?
