I had a full hysterectomy 12 years ago with my ovaries taken out. Now, doctors tell me I have one. How can that be or are they mistaken for something else? I also have had 4 false positive pregnancy tests. Please help me.

I'm a healthy 26-year-old, married and trying to conceive. I got off Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo in May 2010 and have had somewhat regular periods since then. However, I haven't had a period since October and am about 3 weeks late. I've taken 4 pregnancy tests, all negative. I've been on and off birth control for about 10 years, and before using it, I had semi-irregular periods. I've ruled out PCOS due to lack of typical symptoms, and I'm not under stress, have no eating disorder, and maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine. I sometimes feel period-like cramps and have diarrhea and soft stool, but no bleeding. What could be causing my late period, and what should I do?

I'm experiencing symptoms of PCOS, including extreme facial hair and a tiny cyst on my ovaries. I have not been officially diagnosed with PCOS, but my periods have been irregular in the past and are now fairly regular. I'm 30 years old and currently taking Phentermine for weight loss. I also had my gallbladder removed a year ago. What should I do about these symptoms?

I've been experiencing abnormal discharge since moving from Norway to the UK in September. The discharge is thick, whitish, occasionally with a tint of yellow, and odourless. I've tried treatments for thrush and a product to restore normal pH, but they either didn't work or caused bleeding. My gynecologist found nothing wrong and a bacterial test was negative. I'm on the pill and have normal periods. Could it be a specific type of yeast infection or irritation due to different water conditions in the UK?
