I had a large Bartholin cyst rupture today. I cleaned the blood, washed the area, and applied antibiotic cream. The cyst was very large and painful before it ruptured, but the pain and swelling have gone away now. What should I do next, and what symptoms should I watch out for?

I think I have vaginal atrophy. I've been experiencing a lot of pain during sex, stabbing pain that has been consistent for two years without getting better or worse. I'm 23 years old, not on any medications, and have no other medical conditions. The pain started after I had recurring yeast infections and then bacterial vaginosis two years ago. I also have an ongoing itch that hasn't gone away despite trying various remedies. I've researched and think it might be vaginal atrophy or lactobacillus overgrowth, and I'm concerned about increased blood flow to the vaginal walls. Sex is very painful, and I get no satisfaction from it anymore. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I had an intercourse on May 1, 2021, and later found out I was pregnant, giving birth on March 11. My baby looks identical to the person I had intercourse with on May 1, but a DNA test confirms my boyfriend is the father. Can the May 1 intercourse lead to a March baby, and how can I reconcile the baby's features with the DNA test results?

I've been experiencing extreme sharp pain in my lower left abdomen near my ovaries, especially during my fertile days and ovulation. The pain is so severe that it affects my ability to walk, sit, or lie down, but it is relieved by hot cloths, hot showers, or ibuprofen. The pain disappears after my fertile days until the next month. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2010 and had cysts removed from both ovaries in 2009. I'm concerned about the pain and its potential impact on my fertility, as I've been trying to conceive for three years.

I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis and have elevated hCG levels (4, 5). I'm concerned I could have cancer. I am on Pristiq and Wellbutrin, have not used hCG, am obese, and am 49, in menopause. I have back pain, bloating, acid reflux, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, slightly elevated TSH levels, fatigue, depression, and anxiety. I had COVID-19 in April and have had abnormal paps in the past, with a normal pap two years ago. I had an endometrial ablation seven years ago for heavy bleeding and anemia, and I was never informed of adenomyosis or fibroids before the ablation. My gyno has since retired, and I have had four hCG tests in five weeks with results of 4, 4, 4, and 5. What could be causing my elevated hCG levels, and what should my next steps be?
