I have a healthy 2-year-old girl and had a missed miscarriage followed by a D&C in June 2012. I took Clomid for the chance of multiple pregnancies and had unprotected sex from December 1-15. I experienced period-like cramps and brown spotting from December 16-23, with a positive pregnancy test on December 21 and a negative test on December 23. I am experiencing increased urination, hunger, gas, constipation, bloating, and headaches. What could be happening?

I received the copper Paragard IUD in early August. For the past 4 months, I have been bleeding almost constantly, typically bleeding 7-12 days with a 4-12 day break before it starts again. I don't have any pain and can't feel my IUD strings, but my doctor confirmed they are there. Is this bleeding normal, and should I see a doctor? Additionally, I am still breastfeeding my 9-month-old daughter, which may be relevant.
