I will have a biopsy done today to test for endometriosis. If tested negative and nothing is wrong inside the uterine, then I can proceed with IVF embryo transfer. My question is: since there will be a little damage to the uterine lining as a result of the biopsy, how long should I wait to ensure the uterine lining is back to normal again and in optimal shape to receive the embryo?

I am 18 years old and have been experiencing a burning sensation in my vagina for one day, which has been on and off for about a week. I am currently being treated for a UTI with sulfamethoxazole.
