I went off birth control a little over a week ago and am experiencing some weird discharge. The discharge started today and is a creamy color, pale brownish/yellow, with no strong odor. I was supposed to get my period today, but I've been experiencing cramps since yesterday and very faint spotting, but no actual blood. I've lost about 10 pounds recently, my diet has been poor, and I've been under stress. I've also used emergency contraception twice in the last three days and have been taking Diane 35, but not always at the same time. Additionally, I've been feeling a weird tingling sensation every time I use the bathroom, which has become more frequent. What could be causing these symptoms?
