I was supposed to get my period today, but I've been experiencing cramps since yesterday and very faint spotting, but no actual blood. I've lost about 10 pounds recently, my diet has been poor, and I've been under stress. I've also used emergency contraception twice in the last three days and have been taking Diane 35, but not always at the same time. Additionally, I've been feeling a weird tingling sensation every time I use the bathroom, which has become more frequent. What could be causing these symptoms?

I have been experiencing new and irregular periods, including spotting or bleeding for a week, while my usual period lasts only 4 days. I am 21 years old, do not use contraceptives, and have noticed irregularity since February, possibly related to an abortion in January. My last period started on April 25th and ended on April 28th. I have mild cramps and clots with bleeding. I have not experienced any significant weight changes. What could be causing this irregularity and what can I do about it?

What does an itchy vagina mean, and what can be done to alleviate it? I have had no sexual intercourse lately, and the itchiness started about three months ago but has become more frequent in the past week. The itchiness comes and goes, and I am not using any medications. I have eczema on my arms and use a cream for it. My vaginal discharge is transparent/whitish, and I don't notice any redness, soreness, swelling, or fishy odor. I am 21 years old and have no pain or burning during peeing.

I am a 24-year-old woman with endometriosis. I had a negative pregnancy test and an internal ultrasound that also showed no pregnancy at around 12 weeks. However, I have not had another period since June 19th and have been experiencing waves of nausea. Could it be possible to miss a pregnancy on an internal ultrasound and have a negative pregnancy test? Should I get another test to check?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and experiencing cramping and sharp pains on the left side. The pain started today and has been coming and going, now rated at a 6 on the pain scale. I'm 27 years old, haven't eaten anything unusual, took Tylenol, and used a heating pad, but the pain isn't easing up. When did you have your last bowel movement?
