I had a robotic hysterectomy on September 13. For about a week, I've had some vaginal pain at the end of peeing. I just took a home UTI test and it came back positive for Leukocytes. Do I need antibiotics or will it go away on its own? I'm seeing my surgeon on Monday.

I am 36 weeks pregnant and have noticed the baby moving more frequently and with stronger kicks, causing pelvic pain. I have also experienced stronger cramps three times today. I have been experiencing a tingling sensation in and around my vagina for the past 3-4 days, which comes and goes. I have a foul smell, thick white discharge, and increased urinary frequency. I had a total hysterectomy years ago and have been experiencing itching and burning inside the vagina near the anus, feeling like a swollen ball. I used Monistat twice without relief and have been using triamcinolone cream. My sugar levels were previously uncontrolled but are better with insulin. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
