I had an elective ultrasound at a non-diagnostic studio. I'm 8 weeks 1 day pregnant and measured on target, but they could not pick up a heartbeat or fetal circulation on the abdominal ultrasound. Is it possible it was just not visible on this type of ultrasound? I had an ultrasound 11 days prior and saw a heartbeat at 140 bpm.

I have vaginal tears outside my vagina and I don’t know why they are there. I am 24 years old, had gonorrhea during pregnancy, and have been exclusively breastfeeding since giving birth in February 2022. I recently got my period back and had gray discharge just before it. I do not have any itching, burning, or foul odor, and I am not using any medications. What could be causing these tears and what can I do to treat them?

I think I may be pregnant. I had unprotected sex twice a week apart after taking Elle on June 10th. My next period is due in 4 days. I am 23 years old, not using any medications, and used to have diabetic episodes but am now fine. I experienced nausea yesterday, felt tired and slept all day today, only ate once, and had small, not painful cramps on my lower left side. What should I do to confirm pregnancy and what are the possible symptoms I should watch for?

I found 2 busted blisters on my vagina, they hurt, don't itch, and I have a yellow discharge. The pain started second day after I used a new brand of pads, about 3 days ago, and it's constant and sharp. I'm currently using Zoloft and I'm 26 years old. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am 25 years old and have been concerned about my ability to have children for the past 4 years. I have not been trying to conceive and have not had any fertility tests. My periods are irregular, sometimes skipping months, and I experience incredibly painful cramps that last only 2 days. I would like to know if there is a premise to find out from a local OBGYN or if there is no cause for concern.

I am 54 years old and experiencing post-menopausal bleeding (PMB) for the second time. I had surgery in 2017 to remove tissue from the uterine wall after the first occurrence of PMB, and after a second sighting in February this year, I was on pills and cream for a month. However, I am now experiencing PMB again for the past 3 days. Are there any immediate steps I should take, or can I wait until I return to India in September for a check-up?
