I have PCOS and I am trying to get pregnant. My cycles are irregular, and I have been trying since July 2019. I have done tests like sugar level, TVS, and Pap smear, which detected PCOS. I am weighing 79kg and my height is 1.70m. I was asked to do a hormonal profile on days 3 and 21 of my cycle. Can I still ovulate and get pregnant naturally with PCOS? If not, can I take Clomid to boost my fertility? When should I start taking Clomid, and should I do it before or after the hormonal profile test? Also, I was advised to do HGS, but is it necessary before checking my hormonal levels?
