I shower at least 2 times a day and drink a lot of water, but recently I have noticed an odd smell coming from my vagina. I started using a new vaginal wash (L. brand) about 3 weeks ago, and the smell started after my first period without birth control, which ended on the 17th. I didn't have this smell even during my period. I use condoms for contraception and am on 100mg sertraline (Zoloft). I have a slightly yellow or beige discharge and some itching, but no swelling, soreness, pain, or burning sensation with urination. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?
