I had an improperly placed IUD removed one week after an irregular period. Since then, I have experienced light spotting, intermittent bleeding, and symptoms similar to pregnancy such as painfully tender breasts, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and persistent cramping and bloating. I have taken two home pregnancy tests, both of which were negative. What could be causing these symptoms if I'm not pregnant?
