I have been treated with antibiotics for possible infections but symptoms persist. I also have a large ovarian cyst and am late for my period. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do next?

I have a fishy odor discharge. It is grey and thin, with a fishy smell both inside and out. I experienced a little itching that went away, but no swelling, soreness, pain, or burning sensation with urination. I am currently on Diane 35, Aciclovir, and recently took an antibiotic shot. I am 25 years old. What could be the cause of this discharge and what can I do about it?

I finished my period last Sunday and experienced severe pelvic pain (heat, stabbing) on Sunday. I visited my GP and was prescribed a 5-day course of antibiotics and Ponstan for pain. I am currently on day 5 of the medication, but I still feel very sore and sick. Is this 'normal'?
