I have itchy bumps on the outside of my vagina, white discharge, and my anus is very itchy. The discharge has been constant, has no odor, and is a little chunky. My last period started on October 2nd and ended on the 5th. I am sexually active, took a Plan B pill, and have had gonorrhea and chlamydia in the past, which were treated. Are there any open ulcers or blisters in the vaginal area?

I had an IUD (Kyleena) put in in 2019 and recently I have been experiencing severe cramps that are worsening and radiating down my left leg. The cramps are becoming more frequent. When they happen, they last from 30 seconds to 1 minute or more. My last period was irregular and I don't remember when it was. I am currently taking Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Wellbutrin, and Lexapro.
