My 10-year-old daughter has been bleeding for 30 days now, which is her first menstrual period. The blood flow has been varying but never seems to stop. She's been to the doctor who prescribed Daflon for 5 days, but it didn't help. She's still bleeding, and I'm unsure if this is a normal hormonal imbalance that will improve as her body adjusts or if it's a concerning issue that needs urgent attention. What could be causing this prolonged bleeding, and what tests or treatments should be considered?

I have itchy bumps on the outside of my vagina, white discharge, and my anus is very itchy. The discharge has been constant, has no odor, and is a little chunky. My last period started on October 2nd and ended on the 5th. I am sexually active, took a Plan B pill, and have had gonorrhea and chlamydia in the past, which were treated. Are there any open ulcers or blisters in the vaginal area?

I had an IUD (Kyleena) put in in 2019 and recently I have been experiencing severe cramps that are worsening and radiating down my left leg. The cramps are becoming more frequent. When they happen, they last from 30 seconds to 1 minute or more. My last period was irregular and I don't remember when it was. I am currently taking Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Wellbutrin, and Lexapro. I also had gastric bypass surgery in August 2020. What could be causing these cramps and what should I do?

I have a burning sensation in my vagina and have been using diaper rash cream on it. The rash started yesterday and is constant, with burning during urination. The rash is swollen and sore, but there is no abnormal discharge or foul odor. I am 24 years old and have PCOS. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have concerns about a yeast infection that has been ongoing for about 6 days. I was prescribed two doses of antifungal medication (Fluconazole) 4 days apart. I experienced pain, swelling, redness around the vulva, burning, itching, and white chunky discharge. Most symptoms have resolved, but I am still tender and sore. Is this normal, and what should I do to help with the remaining inflammation?

I just found out I’m pregnant and experienced sharp stomach pain, bleeding, and spotting after breakfast. I have been resting all day but still have stomach and lower back pains. Should I go to the ER, and am I having a miscarriage?
