I have a burning sensation in my vagina and have been using diaper rash cream on it. The rash started yesterday and is constant, with burning during urination. The rash is swollen and sore, but there is no abnormal discharge or foul odor. I am 24 years old and have PCOS. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have concerns about a yeast infection that has been ongoing for about 6 days. I was prescribed two doses of antifungal medication (Fluconazole) 4 days apart. I experienced pain, swelling, redness around the vulva, burning, itching, and white chunky discharge. Most symptoms have resolved, but I am still tender and sore. Is this normal, and what should I do to help with the remaining inflammation?

I just found out I’m pregnant and experienced sharp stomach pain, bleeding, and spotting after breakfast. I have been resting all day but still have stomach and lower back pains. Should I go to the ER, and am I having a miscarriage?

I was prescribed fluconazole for a yeast infection and have been bleeding since having sex three days after starting the medication. My period isn't due for another 2-3 weeks, and I'm concerned about the bleeding. I'm also taking spironolactone and doxycycline for acne. What could be causing the bleeding?

I started my periods two days ago. My periods are usually irregular and painful due to PCOS, but this time they are very painful with heavy bleeding and large clots. The pain is sharp and achey, localized in my lower abdomen. I have experienced some lightheadedness and bloating. I am 26 years old, have never been pregnant, and have not been on any medication to regulate my periods. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing burning and pain in one of my breasts for months, with no redness. The pain and burning are sharp and random. I am worried about the possibility of cancer due to family history and recent lethargy despite adequate sleep. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
