After my tubal ligation, my periods became less frequent and eventually stopped for four years. However, since turning 40, I've had periods every month or every other month, often with heavy bleeding and severe cramping. Additionally, I recently experienced severe nipple pain followed by a heavy period with cramping. Can you explain the severe nipple pain and whether this is related to menopause or post tubal ligation syndrome?

I am 31 years old with ovarian failure, my AMH is 0.03 and FSH is 50. My doctor said I have no eggs and no treatment options. Is it true that it's a hopeless case to get married and have children? I've been experiencing irregular periods and spotting since January 2023. My periods were regular before this, and I had normal periods in January and February, but noticed spotting in between. I had a normal pap smear and blood tests. I am not on any medications or contraceptives, but I took Accutane last year. I am currently spotting, bloated, and had stomach cramps that went away. What could be causing this and what should I do?
