I had the Mirena IUD inserted over a year ago with no complications. However, during my bimonthly check, I could only find one thread (usually there are two). Is it still working, and should I book an expensive appointment? I would like to avoid that as much as possible.

I have a yeast infection on my nipples that I believe was transferred via a vibrator. I have been taking an oral canesten single dose pill and applying canesten cream to my nipples twice a day for a week, but my nipples have not improved. Should I take another oral pill?

I just had IVF and 18 eggs removed. I had a 3-day transfer with 2 perfect 8-cell embryos, and I'm noticing slight twinges that feel like mild period pain, but there's no blood or spotting. Is this normal, and could it be implantation? I have PCOS and a thick zona on my eggs, but the embryologist said they didn't need much assisted hatching.

I am 41 years old and 19 weeks pregnant with a persistent rectocele from previous childbirths. I am experiencing increased bladder pressure and low uterine pressure. Could there also be an associated uterine and/or bladder prolapse issue, and should I be concerned about vaginal delivery?
