I am 37 and 3/7 weeks pregnant and of Asian Indian descent. I have been itching all over my palms and legs for weeks, with no signs of jaundice or abnormal stools. My doctor ordered liver studies which showed slightly elevated ALT (39), AST (83), and Alk Phos (245), suggesting possible ICP (Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy). My bilirubin levels are within normal range. My doctor suggests waiting until 40 weeks, but I am concerned about developmental delays in infants born before 39 weeks. Are my lab values concerning, and should I worry about developmental delays if the baby is born at 38 weeks? How do you manage pregnancies with ICP, and what warning signs should I look for? What advice can you give based on my lab values and symptoms?

I'm a 19-year-old girl. 48 hours ago, my boyfriend's penis was rubbed against my vagina. He was wearing boxers at times and sometimes it was his bare penis, but I was wearing panties at all times. My boyfriend also fingered me, and he touched his penis with the fluids on it before that. My last period was on the 21st or 22nd of June, and I wasn't ovulating or in my fertile stage. I have PCOS. My periods are due in 1-2 days. Should I take an emergency contraceptive pill (ipill)? I don't want to get pregnant.
