I have a cluster of flesh-colored bumps on my vaginal lips that have been there for years. They started as one bump that didn't grow for two years, but over the last two years, they have multiplied into a cluster along both lips. Doctors have seen them and suggested an ingrown hair, but I have had four normal pap smears over the past four years. They don't hurt but wearing underwear is becoming uncomfortable. What could these bumps be and what should I do?
