I'm on day 11 of my month supply of Yasmin birth control and took my pill 6 hours late yesterday. I'm now experiencing profound bleeding and blood clots. Is this normal, or should I see a doctor?

I have had my period for over 40 days, varying from light to heavy, and it hasn't stopped. I'm on a progesterone-only pill (Movisse) continuously since October, which initially stopped my periods for 3 months but then started causing heavy bleeding after 3-4 months. I also have a history of fibroids and likely celiac disease, and had a baby last June. What could be causing this prolonged bleeding and what can I do about it?

I am 29 years old and have not had my periods for the past 5 months. My last period was in November 2021. I am feeling scared, bloated, and have gained weight. I have been prescribed Pascofemin, Femibion, and Metformin-1000 mg by a gynecologist, but I am not seeing any changes and feel lonely, tired, and sleepy most of the time. What could be the cause of my amenorrhea, and what further steps should I take?
