I have a lump on my vagina that is irritated and has been present for a month. The lump was initially purple, formed scabs, and now has a white head. Should I go to the hospital for vaginal pain? The pain started late Wednesday night and is constant with itching. There is redness on the vulva, but no discharge. I am 18 years old, not using any medications, and have no recent history of antibiotics or STIs. I am sexually active but had not had sex for two weeks before the pain started. There are also red bumps on the inside, and the pain is coming from the lips that connect to my clitoris.

I have irregular periods, but recently I've been experiencing spotting instead of my period and heavy bleeding. I'm 28 years old, I used to take birth control pills but didn't continue because I would forget them. My last period started/ended recently, and I've experienced stress and weight gain. I also have dry, itchy skin around my inner thighs and stomach, which sometimes gets red and swollen when scratched. What could be causing these issues and what can I do to address them?

I'm experiencing vaginal itching, swelling, and milky discharge with no odor. The discharge started with a white cottage cheese-like appearance, then turned yellow with a foul odor, and now it's milky with no odor and feels like a little urine. I've been treated for an infection with antibiotics and vaginal suppositories, which helped initially, but the itching hasn't stopped. My last period was on 10/4/21, and it comes regularly, though the length varies. I've been trying to conceive for two years, and my prolactin levels are high, but I'm not currently taking bromocriptine. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to relieve the itching and pain during sex?
