I'm experiencing vaginal itching, swelling, and milky discharge with no odor. The discharge started with a white cottage cheese-like appearance, then turned yellow with a foul odor, and now it's milky with no odor and feels like a little urine. I've been treated for an infection with antibiotics and vaginal suppositories, which helped initially, but the itching hasn't stopped. My last period was on 10/4/21, and it comes regularly, though the length varies. I've been trying to conceive for two years, and my prolactin levels are high, but I'm not currently taking bromocriptine. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to relieve the itching and pain during sex?

My baby is Small for Gestational Age (SGA) and the fetal survey is otherwise normal. I am not gaining weight with tube feedings and my anxiety is high about an upcoming ultrasound. What should I do about the ultrasound and how can I manage my anxiety?

I am 42 years old and have never had an irregular period before. My last period started around August 4th and is still ongoing, which is unusual for me. My usual cycle lasts about 5-6 days. I have experienced increased stress recently and have a history of anemia in my 20s and low blood pressure once. What could be causing this prolonged bleeding, and what tests or examinations should I consider?

I am a 49-year-old woman who has been dealing with a persistent UTI and Strep B infection in my urine, treated with multiple courses of antibiotics, including penicillin. I have also been diagnosed with cysts on my left ovary and thickening of my uterine lining. After completing a second round of penicillin, I experienced heavy bleeding that seems abnormal for my regular cycle. I am concerned about the bleeding and whether it could be related to a ruptured cyst. Should I wait to see a gynecologist or seek immediate medical attention?

I am 23 years old and had my last normal period on 7/29/2020. I generally have normal and regular periods lasting 3-4 days, with heavy flow on the first two days. I had my first ultrasound on 9/9/2020, which measured 5 weeks 5 days, and my second ultrasound on 9/23/2020, which measured 8 weeks. My third ultrasound on 11/4/2020 measured 14 weeks with a CRL of 13 weeks 4 days. I am not on any medications. I had sex on August 15 and took a Plan B pill on August 17, which didn't work. I am confused about the different due dates I keep getting within the first week of May. Can you help clarify when I ovulated and what the accurate due date should be?

I recently tested negative for a yeast infection, but I have many of the symptoms and it reoccurs often. I have been dealing with this issue on and off for almost a year, treated with metronidazole, and tested positive for Gardnerella vaginalis four times last year, with the last three tests negative. I am 60 years old, taking Lipitor 5mg, an estrogen patch, progesterone, Fluconazole, and clotrimazole. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
