I have a painful lump between my anus and vagina, about the size of a dime, that is painful to the touch, when sitting, and when walking. I was able to squeeze it, and some pus came out, but it hasn't gone down yet. These lumps have been recurring, taking weeks or months to fade away, leaving dark spots, and reappearing in the same general area but changing location. I've been trying to keep the area clean and dry, using cortisone cream, but there's been no change. What can I do to treat and prevent these in the future?

I was on microgynon for 4 years and came off it last November. My periods were irregular after stopping, with cycles ranging from 42 to 58 days. I have not had a period in 120 days and have taken multiple pregnancy tests, all negative. Why have I not had a period, and is it likely I will be infertile?

I have recurring sores on my labia that look like paper cuts. I don’t have a yeast infection and negative for STIs. It’s not blustered. It looks just like a skin tear about 1.5” long. It is not from sexual activity as I have not been active in a while. I get one every month or two for the past year and a half.

My wife had her polyp removed through hysteroscopy 15 days ago. She's had terrible back pain since then, which seems to be focused on two areas behind her naval line. These are the same spots that hurt her during her periods, but the pain is still lingering. 3 days ago, 12 days after the surgery, she's been bleeding. We have visited the clinic that did her surgery and they prescribed antibiotics. She's been having them for 5 days now, and the back pain hasn't stopped. What could be causing the back pain and bleeding, and what should we do next?
