I also have vaginal itching and swelling, with a white/light yellow discharge but no strong odor. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had a D-dimer test done and it came back at 0.52, with a normal range being 0.49 or less. I am 18 weeks pregnant and had COVID-19 at 9-10 weeks of pregnancy. Should I be concerned about this D-dimer level during pregnancy, especially given my history of COVID-19, and is there a specific level I should be alert for regarding possible clotting issues?

I am also overweight and have a history of irregular periods. What medicine can I use to stop my periods temporarily, and how can I get them to be regular?
