I have a slimy white vaginal discharge with white chunks and 2 pimple-like bumps on my vagina. My period ended on the 19th, I shaved over a week ago, and I have some discomfort when I urinate, which I think is due to my clothing rubbing the bumps. I also noticed my skin peeling. I recently had a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound, and the technician mentioned that a fibroid I've had for years has grown from 1.5 cm to 4 cm in 7 months. I'm 1 year post-menopausal and experiencing lower back pain, pain in my upper legs, and abnormal discharge. I'm worried about the rapid growth of the fibroid and if it could be related to cancer. Every time I go to have sex, it is super painful even before penetration. The pain is localized on the outside of the vagina and started after being sexually abused.
