I have a small fibroid (2mm) and have noticed that during my period, the first two days are very light, but the third and fourth days are very heavy with large blood clots. Is this normal, and could the fibroid be causing this heavy bleeding?

I am experiencing an increased amount of discharge, slight burning and itching, and clumps of pink discharge after bowel movements. I have tested negative for pregnancy, bacterial vaginosis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. My tests show a few yeast, abundant epithelial cells, and a few polymorphonuclear cells. Would this suggest a urinary tract infection or yeast infection?

I’m experiencing cramping, nausea/vomiting, and fatigue, and my pregnancy tests are negative. My last period was four months ago, and they have been irregular. I am sexually active and trying to conceive, having stopped oral contraceptives in November. I do not have diarrhea or fever, but I feel bloated and slightly constipated. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

I've been noticing a fishy odor after sex with my partner. We've both been tested for STIs and have been with each other for a while now. The odor seems to 'flare up' when we see each other and have sex, but I don't notice it when I'm alone. I'm concerned I may have bacterial vaginosis (BV). What could be causing this and what steps should I take to address it?

My daughter is 39 weeks pregnant and has started showing signs of cholestasis, which is concerning given the family history and the increased risk of stillbirth. The itchiness comes and goes, is worse at night, and her skin appears normal except for redness from itching. She has no known allergies and no other relevant medical history. What should we do, given that we couldn't reach her doctor?
