I think I may have BV and PID. I have been experiencing fever, headaches, low back pain, bloating, extreme fatigue, a fishy smell, and watery discharge. I also have sores on my labia majora that burn and are uncomfortable. I am an extreme athlete who hasn't had a period since March 2020.
