I'm not sure if I might have an STI, UTI, or if I’m just paranoid. I've been concerned for a couple of days and the only symptom is a little 'uncomfortable' feeling down there, with some redness on my inner labia. I'm not using any medications and I don't have any other significant medical history. What could this be?
