I stopped my birth control around November 2020 and my periods were fine. The past couple of months, I have been getting a period every 2-2.5 weeks. Is this normal? I am using venlafaxine daily and gabapentin PRN, and I am 20 years old. I have a history of stress and started venlafaxine about 4 months ago.

I am experiencing severe itching, burning, and a rash around my vagina and rectum for the past 3 days, which is getting worse. I am unsure if this is an STI or a yeast infection and am not currently taking any medications. I am 28 years old. Should I see a doctor, and what could be causing this?

I started taking an oral contraceptive pill on the first day of my period (December 18th), took it every day, and had sex on the morning of December 26th. I stopped taking the pill on December 26th and have not been taking it since. What is my risk of pregnancy, and what can I do to reduce it?

I have a strong, fishy odor coming from my vaginal area that has persisted since middle school. The odor varies in intensity and is accompanied by white vaginal discharge. I also experience occasional intense itching and burning sensations. I have never had sex and am not using any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I’ve noticed an increase in cervical mucus (CM) and it smells normal. Could this be due to hormonal imbalances?

My ex-girlfriend had an STD test before I met her. She went to an urgent care center complaining of vaginal pain. She had a different sex partner at that time. She had a lesion on her vaginal labia swabbed for herpes culture. The test was a rapid HSV culture. I am looking at the hospital lab results and it doesn’t say positive or negative. It does say the culture is ISOLATED. What does that mean? I think it means she tested positive but I’m not sure. Any clarity would be appreciated.
