I have always had irregular periods, usually very light and lasting from 2 days to 20 days, with only 2 days to a week of no bleeding before it starts again. The doctor says it's due to hormonal imbalance. I'm afraid I may never get pregnant. I've been on birth control, but whenever I stop the pill, my period goes back to being irregular. What can I do to have a regular period and improve my chances of conceiving in the future?

I’m currently on my brown pills so I’m on my period. If I just start the new pack tomorrow, will it stop my period? I’m on the pill and my period began last Sunday. I started using the pill 6 months ago and it’s been helpful. I’m going to the beach on Saturday and my goal is to stop my period tomorrow so I’m good for the beach.
