Have you had any changes in stress, illness, lifestyle, or taken any emergency contraception after unprotected intercourse?

I haven’t had my period for six days. I started my last period on September 29th, I am not using any contraceptives, and I am 24 years old. I have been using the same medication for years, I am sexually active, married, and dealing with some depression. I took a pregnancy test today which was negative.
