I have missed my period for a long time, and I am not pregnant. I am anxious and trying to conceive. What can I do to get my period back?

I'm trying to get pregnant. I'm 36 years old, had HPV 3 months ago, and my period is 7 days long. I ovulated on July 26 and my period is due August 8. I recently experienced light bleeding for one day, 3 days ago. Can you tell me why I'm passing blood and if this affects my ability to get pregnant? Also, what vitamins or supplements can help?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and experienced sharp lower abdominal pain starting yesterday around 11pm. The pain is now lighter but comes in waves and is accompanied by nausea and bloating. I work about 14 hours a day on my feet, occasionally lifting but not more than 10 pounds. Is this cause for concern?
